SBM completed a complete office de-fit and fitout including the supply and installation of flooring, custom-made joinery, plasterboard and the selection and installation of furniture. SBM conducted demolition works to all non-structural walls and kitchen spaces on various levels. As per the new open plan layout, SBM were required to relocate existing fire and mechanical services and paint all interior walls.
