This project required SBM to deliver extensive concrete repair works throughout the building, including treatment of spalling, reinforcement protection and reinstatement of affected structural elements. As part of the fire order upgrade, SBM completed compliant fire-stopping, service penetrations, hydrant and detection improvements, and enhancements to egress routes to meet current regulatory standards. The scope also included a full upgrade of the car spaces and basement areas, involving surface refinishing, line marking, improved lighting, drainage adjustments and refurbishment of storage zones. The works were carried out with strict safety controls and staged sequencing to maintain access while achieving a high-quality, long-lasting result.
