SBM successfully completed a comprehensive rooftop remediation project, delivering a durable and compliant solution to enhance the building's performance and longevity. The works included extensive roof remediation, installation of a new torch-on waterproofing membrane system, replacement of balustrades, and associated structural and finishing works. All works were carried out in accordance with Australian Standards, ensuring improved waterproofing integrity, safety, and long-term protection of the asset while minimising disruption to occupants.
